The venue was changed due to weather conditions, so trying to paint water from a printed picture was not ideal. However the tutor explained how to use the brushes and paints well,. Individual attention was excellent.

Private tutoring

Bharti Bhagwandas Tanwar
Hey there! I'm an art enthusiast who's been drawing, painting, and occasionally spilling paint water on important things for years. I just genuinely love colors, creativity, and bringing people together to make cool stuff.

Our sessions are all about low-pressure, high-fun vibes. Whether you're here to sketch stick figures or craft a masterpiece, you're in the right place. Think of it as a cozy art club with zero judgment and plenty of laughs.

Fun facts:
? I once painted an entire piece using only kitchen tools (yes, a fork is a great texture brush).
? I've tried painting with coffee, wine, and beet juice, some of them were delicious and effective.

Bharti Bhagwandas Tanwar is available for private bookings

Available most Saturdays and Sunday.
Available for Private tutoring, Portraits and events.

Title or Location: Spooky cat and Bat
I am a complete beginner and have watched numerous YouTube tutorials. After seeing one doing a cat wet on wet which makes it look furry. I decided to make this my first ever painting but adding a more Halloween theme. Academy cold pressed paper. I have taken up watercolours as therapy for my CPTSD.

My wife and son recently convinced me to start drawing again after a very long time spent as a graphic designer .. and this is my latest piece, which shows a scene from the TV show 'Game Of Thrones'. I drew the original on A3 heavy-weight paper with polychromos pencils - I then scanned & digitally enhanced it to produce the version you see . My themes are mostly science-fiction and fantasy. A Star Trek drawing I recently drew of Captain Pike .. from the 'Strange New Worlds' series, I personally

I love painting nature and landscapes, and often also paint traditional architecture. Here is a recent example. There is something so beautiful about the old stone walls and the surrounding greenery.

I started drawing with coloured pencils in March this year.I started experimenting with pastels in August and immediately fell in love. This is my second attempt with pastels pencils and I am thrilled with the result. As a newbie every picture is a learning curve and terrifying! This was a gift for a birthday and was an absolute pleasure to draw. I am pleased to say it was well received!

I am a self taught artist, this piece I completed in 2022, It is just one of many that I have done, while I was using Acrylics, I chose this subject because, I thought it reflected a daughter on her big day, looking for something or somebody maybe she is desperately missing. Title or Location: Dance of the Fireflies
While this painting was drying i was having a hard time deciding what do with it as it appeared unfinished. I began taping areas of it off and became inspired to weave lines in and out of the painting. As I finished painting the lines and was removing the tape I was struck by the feeling of a fluer-de-lis and fireflies dancing. I was now enamored ....

I really enjoy painting animals. Whether it?s pet portraits or wildlife. I strive to get the animals eyes as alive as they can possibly look. Once I get the eyes like I want them, I feel like everything else comes together.

Title or Location: When Puffins Dream
This lovingly rendered mixed media painting has been a journey of exploration over many months. It is on a 24x30? gallery wrapped canvas, and is the largest canvas size I?ve worked on to date. It started as a daily journal painting for an online painting class called ?Find Your Joy?. This piece has continued to evolve to this point, where it will rest for now. Like dreams, this painting has numerous layers. Though abstract, the end result looked to me like many of the gorgeous puffins I loved
